“Klepon” Tasty street food from Indonesia

Klepon Recipes

Here are the recipes and how to make klepon

Materials :
• Rice Flour 50g
• Glutinous rice flour 250g
Water 1350ml
• Pandan leafs
• 1 tsp Salt
• 1 Grated Coconut
• Brown Sugar, Slice it into tiny pieces
• 3 tsp sugar

How to make :
Put glutinous rice flour, rice flour, and salt. Stir until perfectly blended. Pour little by little water dye, pour while continuously stirring. Then pour little by little mineral water 150 ml, pour while continuing to be stirring. If the dough is already thick enough then there is no need to add water. Stir until the dough reaches the viscosity to be formed and filled with brown sugar.
1. Take a little dough, flatten it, and give it a bit of red sugar that has been combed before. It doesn't have to be too much so later when boiled not overflows.
2. Shape the dough into balls.
3. Repeat points 6 and 7 until the dough runs out.
4. Boil 1 L water, wait until boiling.
5. Insert the established klepon. Wait until the klepon floats.
6. While waiting for the ripe valve, prepare the grated coconut. Mix grated coconut with sugar and salt to taste. Set aside.
7. Drain the klepon that already floats. Then roll or sprinkle the klepon with grated coconut.
8. Klepon is ready to serve. More delicious to eat while still warm.
